I would like to know what some of you are currently offering for Outside Salesman with regard to Salary/Bonus/Commission/Car Allowance etc.. I know that no program is perfect but wanted to see what has worked best for you. This person would be selling residential roofing and insulation. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
