 Joining
NEMEON has been one of the best business decisions I have
ever made. All of our locations are in secondary
markets and prior to being a NEMEON member it was very
difficult for us to have a good understanding of what was
happening nationally and what effect it would have on our
business. With the relationships that we have
developed with other NEMEON members across the country we
now have a clearer understanding of what is happening
nationally and how we can best position our company.
The annual meetings are exceptional. We get to meet
with other NEMEON independent roofing distributors and
share best industry practices. I have always come
away from the annual meeting with several significant items
that improve my business. Additionally we get to meet
with the top sales management of our key preferred vendors
in an informal face-to-face environment that has been
extremely beneficial to both parties. On top of that
we are enjoying rebate income, which has grown dramatically
over the last two years. NEMEON has helped to level
the playing field to allow me to compete more effectively
with the large national chains.

 I feel that the best part of the
"NEMEON experience" is by far the people. I now have
the ability to call fellow distributors across the
nation to share both ideas and challenges. However, my
favorite benefit (aside from the check) is the
roundtable discussions at our annual meetings. I
guarantee you will gather some great tips from some of
the finest minds in our industry at these sessions. Put
just a few of these ideas to work and your hotel and
airfare are more than covered.

 Having been a member of NEMEON
for almost two years we are realizing the benefits of
membership. We took a long time, two years, to
investigate the organization before deciding to join.
Now we are very happy we did. We applaud the founding
members who had the vision that propelled NEMEON into
an effective, efficiently managed cooperative. NEMEON

 NEMEON gives me the opportunity
to interact with fellow distributors from across the
country that have similar concerns, problems, and
issues. The roundtable discussions at the annual
meetings are awesome. I met a lot of great people who I
have talked to since the meeting. The face-to-face with
the preferred vendors is very valuable. With a
15-minute time limit you get down to business. It would
take me 3 months to meet with the same number of
vendors outside this forum. The NEMEON staff is very
focused on bringing value to the co-op and helping the
organization grow. The rebate program is just icing on
the cake. We have more than paid for our initial
investment in our first year. In my point of view, we
have received way more than we paid out. NEMEON truly
has the best interest of the independent distributors
in mind.

 My company was one of the first
members of NEMEON and I remember how high our hopes
were for the future. It ‘s a great feeling to see
those high hopes being realized. It is encouraging to
see how many other independent roofing supply companies
have joined the organization. All those members
exchanging best practices during our annual meeting is
one of the most valuable parts of our membership.
NEMEON is also becoming the major channel for vendors.
Am I pleased? Yes! Would we join again? Yes! Do we
believe this is only the beginning? We are definitely
on the rise!

 NEMEON has benefited us in many
ways. When purchasing I really look at who I am buying
from now so I can take advantage of the added value of
going through a NEMEON preferred vendor. Being able to
quickly pay off our membership through rebate checks
was very impressive to me. It goes to show when we all
put our minds together and perform as one it can really
