Home Depot at Home Services Supplier Buying Agreement Has anyone else been given the new THD At Home Services Supplier Buying Agreement? It seems a little extreme (i.e. must give written 90 day notice that they must then approve before passing along a price increase, additional insurance requirements, etc.). We never did much business with them in the past and are initially thinking that we are not interested if we must sign that document. This is the first year we have seen anything like this from them. Hoping other members may have dealt with this already and might be able to provide some insight.
