Attached is the blank template for the 2021 Nemeon Benchmarking Survey. The schedule for submission of your completed survey is earlier than past years. Please submit the completed survey by the end of business on April 17, 2021. This will allow Profit Planning Group to input the data and run your individual company and the consolidated member report in late April. Our goal is to send the two reports to you by the end of April. This date is a month earlier than previous years.

Please remember that for security purposes, only one copy of the two reports will be emailed to the email address of the person in your organization that submitted the completed survey to PPG.

If you need help in completing your survey, PPG will enter your financial data for you free of charge. All you need to do is send your financial reports to PPG. You will still need to enter the operational data into your report.

Another option is to contact Mary Haupt in our Minnesota office and she can assist you in entering your data.

Finally, we encourage you to submit a survey for your company even if you do not complete 100% of the survey. You will still receive your company’s report as well as the consolidated member report. This is a great opportunity to start using the Benchmarking Report as a tool to profitably grow your business.
