Gaco is lowering their price on Silicone products by 10%, please see the attached copy their new prices. These prices go into effect today,

For anyone who has inventory that might have been devalued, Gaco is recommending that you contact your local representative to work things out. Here are a few comments from Gaco concerning the pricing differences.

Refund of current inventory. We have known this price pullback was coming so we have been proactive in selling at a 10% discount so that we would not have an issue so keep the following in mind:

1. it's just on silicone items 

2. no one is keeping large amounts of inventory on hand so unless they purchased months ago this should not be a problem

3. most if not all silicone inventory was purchased at the new cost

4. we will work with any location if they feel that they have overvalued inventory

Process if a location has actual overvalued inventory. Just contact the local Distribution Manager (My team) map and contact info attached and we can work out something, just make sure the inventory was purchased at a higher cost and is still in the location.

Attached is a copy of the new pricing and a Gaco contact list by region in case you need to speak with them.
