We have just initiated the 1Q22 dividend payment via ACH; you should see the payment in your bank account in the next day or two. We are pleased to report our total gross rebates for the second quarter of 2022 were $4,117,061.06.

If you have not yet signed up to receive your rebate via ACH transfer and would like to, please contact Mary Haupt for a sign-up form.

During the first three quarters of the year, we pay out 90% of gross rebates, withholding 10% to cover operating expenses; with the 4Q payout, we “true up” and typically pay out the balance of the year’s gross rebates.

We will no longer be sending out member packets; your Dividend Summary page, Purchase Report and the newsletter can be accessed on the new NEMEON website www.nemeon.com. Please contact any team member if you would like any help accessing the website.

We continue to put a great deal of emphasis on achieving the goals of our preferred vendors and the NEMEON strategic plan. Each of our members has a responsibility to the cooperative to be engaged at a high level and look for ways that you can SHIFT THE SHARE to our vendor partners. Please take a look at the vendors that you do business with that are outside of NEMEON to see if there is a preferred vendor who can fill the same need for you.
