Bio

Brett Berry is the President of Camco Roofing Supplies. He currently has over 32 years of experience with Camco and 34 years in construction sales, both retail and wholesale, distribution, and warehousing. Brett initially began his career with Camco in 1988, as Sales Associate and Warehouse Assistant, while attending night school State Technical College at Memphis, to attain a Mechanical Engineering Degree, graduating with honors of Magna Cum Laude. From there, he attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale, on weekends for a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering. During his college education he was inducted to both Phi Theta Kappa and the Golden Key Honor Societies. Before Brett returned to Camco in 2004, he was employed with Vesuvius USA, an international refractory company. As an Account Manager, he increased his sales by over 50% in five years. He was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award for Sales Growth three times. As Vice president of Camco, he has expanded product lines from solely roofing materials into numerous other product lines included Vinyl Siding, James Hardie Products, Windows, Gutter Materials, Architectural Columns, Sheet Metal, Metal Roofing, Doors and Millwork. As President he continues to seek out new revenue streams, seeking ways to improve profitability and increase company efficiencies.

Through NEMEON, he has attended almost every Next Gen meeting since its inception. He has served on the Next Gen Gives Back Committee, was elected to serve three years on the Board of Directors representing the Next Gen group and is currently serving as a member of the Pass-Through Committee.
Outside of his work experience, he has served multiple terms on the Administrative Board of Bartlett United Methodist Church, volunteered as a Foster Parent with the Memphis Humane Society, and volunteered with the Bartlett Youth Soccer Association. In his free time, he enjoys all sorts of physical competitions from road races, trail runs, half marathons.
