Craig Francis is co-owner of Dealers Supply Company, a leading supplier of roofing materials and other building products in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Craig is a 5th generation owner of Dealers Supply, which has been operating continuously in the Portland area for over 105 years. Like his father and grandfather before him, Craig has learned firsthand all the roles in his company. His first role as an adolescent at the family company was in a janitorial capacity. Later he worked summers, first in the warehouse and then as a member of the delivery staff. While in college, he also obtained a Commercial Driver’s License, which he still holds. He can still be found on a forklift, driving a truck, or operating a crane when the need arises. These experiences helped him develop his leadership, customer relationships, and management skills. After graduating from Arizona State University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in business management, Craig worked in the sales and purchasing departments at Dealers, eventually taking on the role of Operations Manager. His peers and coworkers see him as a committed, approachable and skilled leader, and appreciate his genuine enthusiasm and personal qualities.
